Which iPhones does TwinPost Cam work on?

Recording both cameras at once needs an iPhone XS, XR or newer. Single camera mode (back-only or front-only) works on any iPhone running iOS 18. Simultaneous 4K on both cameras depends on the model; the app shows what your iPhone can do before you record.

Where do my recordings go?

Every take appears in the Library tab, with each file you chose to record. Use the share button on any file to send it to another app. With "Save to Photos automatically" turned on in the app's Settings (it is on by default), finished files are also added to your photo library.

How do I delete a take?

In the Library tab, delete it from the take's card. That removes its files from TwinPost Cam. Copies already saved to your photo library stay there; delete those in the Photos app.

How many recordings can I make before paying?

Five full recordings, with every feature. The app's Settings shows how many you have left. After that, one purchase unlocks TwinPost Cam Pro for good. There is no subscription.

I bought TwinPost Cam Pro. How do I get it on a new iPhone?

Sign in with the same Apple Account you bought it with, open Settings in the app, and tap Restore Purchases. The same button is on the purchase screen.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles App Store payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The teleprompter won't follow my voice.

Voice pacing needs Speech Recognition permission, and it listens in your iPhone's language. Recognition runs only on your iPhone, so if your iPhone can't recognize that language on-device, voice pacing is unavailable and nothing is sent anywhere else. Use a steady scroll speed instead. You can check the permission in the iOS Settings app under TwinPost Cam.

The camera, microphone or Photos access isn't working.

TwinPost Cam asks for these permissions the first time you open the camera. If you declined, turn them on in the iOS Settings app under TwinPost Cam.

My phone got hot during a long take.

Recording two cameras at once works the phone hard. TwinPost Cam warns you when it heats up, and if it has to stop, it saves the take first. Let the phone cool down, and try a lower quality or single camera mode for long takes.

Does TwinPost Cam upload my videos?

No. There is no account and no server. Nothing leaves your phone unless you share it. See the TwinPost Cam Privacy Policy.
