Installing
First launch
- Unzip the download and drag Framekeep Pro into your Applications folder.
- Open it. Framekeep lives in the menu bar and has no Dock icon.
- Allow Screen Recording when macOS asks, then choose Quit & Reopen.
- Paste your licence key in Settings ▸ About to unlock the Pro features.
Updates
Framekeep Pro checks for a new version at launch, at most once a day, and whenever you choose Check for Updates… from the menu bar or Settings ▸ About. It downloads the update, verifies that it is signed by Norstride and notarized by Apple, then replaces itself and restarts.
Automatic checking can be turned off in Settings.
Requires macOS 15.6 or later. Apple silicon and Intel. Without a licence key, Framekeep Pro behaves exactly like the free edition — no second download when you buy one.
